A Recipe for 6-9 Months

1 medium-sized ripe mango
Peel mango and slice down each side of oblong pit. Cut fruit into about 1 inch cubes; add to food processor and blend until smooth. Add water to mixture if necessary.
Dispense mango puree evenly into ice cube trays and freeze until solid.
Once thawed, mango puree combines well with yogurt or baby cereal.
